On this episode, I'm rejoined by Jason Stahl, founder of the College Football Players Association, an organization that has emerged to attempt to represent college football players, provides advocacy and legal support to college football players, and is building team-based chapters that could eventually become conference-wide unions. We discuss the College Football Players Association's first chapter at Stanford, how they plan to move from a fraternal players association to collective bargaining, and whether a union would actually help college football players.
