John Clune, partner at Hutchinson Black and Cook, joins the pod to discuss the Title IX lawsuits that many schools will likely face because they are (reportedly) planning to distribute up to 90% of the new payments under the House settlement to male athletes, primarily football and men's basketball players. We will also talk about the appeal of the House settlement that John recently filed on behalf of a number of female athletes, and what that could mean for the future of college sports.
